  1. We offer a Five-Race Average Speed Series:
    • 150 miles
    • 200 miles
    • 250 miles
    • 300 miles
    • 350 miles
  2. Perch Fees are $125 per bird, if you send 6, you will get 1 free. Perch fees are non-refundable.
  3. Entry Fees are $300 - due after the 100/120 Mile Activation Race.
  4. All birds must be banded with a seamless band recognized by a National Organization (AU, IF, CU...etc).
  5. We offer the following forms of payment; Zelle; Check; PayPal; Credit Card through PayPal
  6. Pick bird entry fee is $50 per bird 
  7. True Belgium Sprint Series entry fee is $100 per bird:
    • 56 miles
    • 71 miles
    • 71 miles
    • 100 miles
  8. Optional PrimaLac 400 Race entry fee is $200 per bird.
  9. After the regular race series is completed
  10. Accepting birds from March 17th until June 30th.
  11. Replacements are until June 30th.
  12. Perch fees must accompany birds upon arrival.
  13. When signing up as a team or syndicate one person must be designated as the contact person as they will be responsible for all fees, winnings, and birds.
  14. Birds should have a PMV Vaccine 14-21 days prior to arrival to the loft.
  15. Birds will be quarantined for at least 14 days upon arrival.
  16. Birds will be vaccinated for PMV upon arrival.
  17. All birds will have their 9th and 10th flight pulled.
  18. You must activate all your birds.
  19. All eligible birds must be activated at a minimum 3 days prior to 1st race to maintain eligibility.
  20. Birds not activated three days prior to the first race may be activated by another breeder first come first serve basis.
  21. All un-activated birds will become the property of Texas Dash for Cash OLR.
  22. Texas Dash for Cash OLR and its management will not be held responsible for birds lost to unforeseen events. Perch fees are non-refundable.
  23. Race dates are subject to change due to weather conditions and the condition of the birds.
  24. The race course will be north to south on the I-35 course.
  25. Prizes are paid by the first drop then by clocking order for the remaining positions up to 10%, for the final race only.
  26. All other races will be paid by clocking order.
  27. In the event of a piggyback bird on the drop, that bird will be identified and placed at the back of that clocking group.
  28. In the event of a tie, those birds will share the combined winnings equally.
  29. Texas Dash for Cash has the right to make all decisions.  All decisions made will be final.
  30. Payouts are based on activated birds.
  31. 15% of entry fees will be held for race expenses.
  32. Race Day is over 1 hr after sunset on the 2nd day from release.
  33. Any position not filled within race day time frame will be divided equally with all clocked birds for that race after the clocked positions are paid for their order.
  34. In the event of any unforeseen incidents ie. No birds make it to the final race or return from the final race, the series will end after the previous race. Payouts will be sent out off of the last race, meaning the previous race will be counted as the final race.
  35. All races will be paid within 30 days of the final race.
  36. Birds will be shipped back at the breeder’s expense.
  37. Up to 3 birds can be shipped in a box.
  38. Anything over 3 birds will require another box.
  39. All birds will be shipped in brand new Horizon boxes.
  40. Birds not claimed 7 days after the last race will become the property of Texas Dash for Cash OLR.
  41. You must pay your return shipping fees within 14 days of the final, if fees are not received the birds will become the property of the Texas Dash for Cash OLR.
  42. Birds will have time to fully recover after the final race prior to shipping.
  43. Texas Dash for Cash OLR is not responsible for delayed/lost shipping within USPS System and will not file for refund of shipping if not delivered on time.
  44. All birds belong to the breeder.
  45. No buybacks or auctions.
  46. Texas Dash for Cash reserves the right to refuse service/entry to any breeder or attendee at their discretion.
  47. The Loft Manager reserves the right to make any and all decisions.
  48. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  49. W-9 forms will need to be completed if winnings are $600 or more.
  50. We will be using the Benzing clocking system and Wincompanion for live viewing.
  51. Review all our rules, your entry is an acknowledgment of these rules.
  52. Breeders should use the return pigeon form that is located under our forms to receive their birds back. This can be emailed to txdashforcasholr@gmail.com. All birds requested to be returned should notify TX Dash for Cash OLR in writing.
  53. Visitors are always welcome by appointment.
